Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Kumi Ori Worship is not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the packaging and product. We will review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.
