All worship flags purchases are *FINAL SALE*. Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Custom & Handmade Items

Many of our flags are made to order and may include custom colors, sizes, designs, or special requests. Because these items are created specifically for each customer, they cannot be resold.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include:

  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Order number

We will review the situation and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.

Color & Design Variations

Please note that colors may appear slightly different due to monitor settings, lighting, and fabric variations. These differences are considered normal and are not grounds for return or refund.

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Kumi Ori Worship is not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
